- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Kim Vole office of state farm is one of the worst insurance agencies I've ever had. My first two months of insurance with them, they had me set up direct deposit. Instead of calling me to inform me it did not go through the first month, they emailed me at the end of the 2nd month and informed me that they were canceling my policy and my license would be suspended. I payed immediately over the phone but my rate was hight because it wasn't direct payment. Now the same thing has happened and I have not received the first letter, email, phone call, nothing.By Justin Yoder, March 12, 2017
